MOST’s Festival and Venue Exchange pillar workshop.
How to produce a great festival on a small scale? The workshop aims to encourage participants to share ideas and gather best practices regarding DIY sustainability, alternative funding opportunities (e.g. crowdfunding, sponsorships), staff recruitment and more. Dejan Vujinovic, artistic director of Etnofest in Palic (Serbia) shares his experiences. Etnofest is an alternative festival allowing space for fusions and experiments, but also appreciating roots and tradition.
The workshop is co-hosted by Dragan Ambrozic of EXIT Foundation, partner in the MOST project, official organizer of the world-renowned EXIT Festival in Novi Sad, Serbia. EXIT Foundation has been welcoming new and smaller brands in their portfolio in recent years.
